AGREEMENT ON PROVIDING INDIVIDUALS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY FOR GOODS/WORKS/SERVICES IP Skroznikov M.V. THROUGH REGULAR AUTOMATIC TRANSFERS OF FUNDS
IP Skroznikov M.V., acting on the basis of certificate OGRNIP 314290111900105, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, offers Users to use the “Recurring Payments” Service and enter into this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), which is an addition to the Contract and an integral part of the Contract, determining the procedure for settlements under the Contract. The User unconditionally agrees with this Agreement on the use of the service by performing conclusive actions to connect the “Recurring Payments” Service at the moment the User accepts this Agreement on the use of the service and performs actions to activate the “Recurring Payments” Service.
“Recurring Payments” Service — a service for making regular automatic transfers of funds from the Cardholder’s Bank Card in favor of the Supplier for the goods/services provided by the Supplier under the Contract based on the prior acceptance given by the Cardholder, in accordance with the tariffs and options of the Contract.
Contract – a bilateral agreement concluded between the User and the Supplier, under which the Supplier undertakes to provide the User with the Service, and the latter undertakes to pay for it.
Service/Product — provision by the Supplier of a service/product from the assortment of the site natasha-dating.com
User — an individual who has concluded a Contract with the Supplier.
Bank – a credit institution — JSC “TBank” BIC:044525974 C/a:30101810145250000974
Request – an informational message sent by the Bank to the Issuing Bank for the transfer of funds from the Bank Card in favor of the Supplier. Issuing Bank — a credit institution that issues Bank Cards and carries out settlements on operations performed using Bank Cards. Cardholder – an individual giving instructions to the Issuing Bank to transfer funds from the Bank Card on behalf of the User in favor of the Supplier using the “Recurring Payments” Service.
Bank Card — a debit or credit card issued by the Issuing Bank, which is a cashless payment instrument intended for the Cardholder to perform operations with funds held in the Cardholder’s bank accounts at the Issuing Bank, or with funds provided by the Issuing Bank as credit to the Cardholder in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the bank account agreement, or within the credit limit established under the credit agreement between the Issuing Bank and the Cardholder, provided that such a debit or credit card can be used by the Cardholder to pay for the Supplier’s Services. Payment for the Supplier’s Services under this Agreement is possible with Bank Cards of VISA International and MasterCard International payment systems, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Issuing Bank determines the possibility of using specific types of VISA International and MasterCard International cards. User Acceptance – unconditional agreement of the User with the terms of this Agreement.
Personal Account – a section of the Supplier’s Website protected by an access control system, providing the User with an interface for interaction with the Supplier under the Contract.

DESCRIPTION OF THE “RECURRING PAYMENTS” SERVICE AND METHOD OF ITS ACTIVATION
1. The “Recurring Payments” Service allows the User to pay for the Supplier’s Services under the Contract by means of regular automatic transfers of funds in favor of the Supplier from Bank Cards. Activation (connection) of the “Recurring Payments” Service involves performing the following actions:
1.1 In the Personal Account on the Supplier’s Website, the User selects the “Tariffs” section; the User selects the payment of the next installment and checks the box next to “Activate Auto Payment,” agreeing with this Agreement on the use of the “Recurring Payments” Service, and clicks the “Pay” button. The “Recurring Payments” Service is connected only for the Bank Card registered by the Cardholder.
1.2 Bank Card Registration: The Cardholder enters their Bank Card details on the WEB payment data input page.
OPERATION OF THE “RECURRING PAYMENTS” SERVICE
2.1. After connecting the “Recurring Payments” Service, transfers of funds from the Bank Card will be made at the times and in the amounts necessary for the proper fulfillment of the User’s obligations under the Contract.
2.2. Direct debiting of funds is carried out by the Issuing Bank on the basis of the User’s prior consent for such debiting in the amount and within the period specified in the Contract. The request for the transfer of funds with the amount indicated is sent to the Issuing Bank by the Bank and the Processing Center within the framework of agreements concluded with the Supplier.
2.3. At any one time, the User may have the “Recurring Payments” Service activated (connected) only for one Bank Card of the Visa (Visa Inc.), MasterCard, or Maestro (MasterCard International Inc.) payment systems.
2.4. The Supplier does not store or process Users’ bank card data, as well as other Users’ personal data, providing only requests to the Processing Center and the Bank for reprocessing the transaction on the User’s bank card.
2.5. The Supplier does not guarantee the possibility of performing operations with the Bank Card.
2.6. The User guarantees that they are the Cardholder, consciously, correctly, and fully entering all required Bank Card details when activating (connecting) the “Recurring Payments” Service.
2.7. Performing the actions provided for in clause 1.1. of the Agreement is recognized as the equivalent of the User’s handwritten signature.
2.8. Connection of the “Recurring Payments” Service, as provided for by this Agreement, is carried out only if there is technical capability from the Supplier, the Processing Center, the Bank, and the Issuing Bank. The Supplier, the Processing Center, and the Bank are not responsible for the impossibility of connecting the “Recurring Payments” Service.
2.9. The Supplier has the right to make changes to this Agreement on the use of the service by notifying the User in advance in writing or in another available way, including by sending a message to the email address specified in the Contract by the User, by phone message, or by posting information on the Supplier’s Website.
DISABLING THE “RECURRING PAYMENTS” SERVICE
3.1. Disabling (cancellation) of the “Recurring Payments” Service by the User occurs as follows: A) In the “Personal Account” the User selects the “Profile” section. B) Clicks the “Settings,” “Payments and Subscription,” “My Subscriptions,” “Cancel Subscription” button. At the same time, funds transferred from the Bank Card before the disconnection (cancellation) of the “Recurring Payments” Service for Services are not returned to the User.
3.2. If there are insufficient funds in the Bank Card account to make a transfer, the Supplier has the right to repeat the debit request from the Bank Card.
LIMITATIONS ON THE USE OF THE “RECURRING PAYMENTS” SERVICE
4.1. No more than 5 (five) transfers per day can be made from one Bank Card;
4.2. No more than 15,000 rubles per transaction can be transferred from one Bank Card;
4.3. No more than 50,000 rubles per day can be transferred from one Bank Card;
4.4. Access to the “Tariffs” page is possible only if the User is connected to the Internet, regardless of the current account balance.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Supplier, the Processing Center, and the Bank are not responsible for the inoperability and/or temporary inoperability of the “Recurring Payments” Service. The User independently controls the fulfillment of their obligation to pay under the Contract. In case of inoperability and/or temporary inoperability of the “Recurring Payments” Service, the User must use other methods of fulfilling their obligations under the Contract.
5.2. Disputes between the parties arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved by sending claims.
5.3. If the Parties fail to reach mutual agreement, disputes between them shall be resolved in accordance with the terms of the Contract and the Offer.
OTHER CONDITIONS
6.1. By performing actions to connect the “Recurring Payments” Service: A) The User unconditionally agrees with all the terms of this Agreement. B) The User gives prior consent to the debiting of funds by the Supplier from the Bank Card under the terms of this Agreement. C) The User grants the Processing Center and the Bank the right to store, collect, and process their personal data (Surname, First Name, Patronymic, passport series and number, place and date of birth, bank account number, and Bank Card number) for the purpose of implementing this Agreement. D) The User agrees to pay for Services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
6.2. The Supplier has the right to disconnect and/or restrict the User from the “Recurring Payments” Service.
THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER AND THE SUPPLIER ARISING FROM THIS OFFER CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE OTHER PARTY. I, THE USER, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT ON THE USE OF THE “RECURRING PAYMENTS” SERVICE, WITH THE AUTOMATIC DEBITING OF FUNDS FROM THE BANK CARD FOR THE SUPPLIER’S SERVICES UNDER THE CONTRACT.
